Product Overview

The Multitool 8CW is designed with a over-sized 8 inch contact wheel for larger contoured grinding. The 8CW is a favorite among knife makers, blade sharpeners, and axe throwing competitors. The large contact wheel is perfect for flawless hollow grinds. Due to the size of the contact wheel the 8CW allows for additional belt cooling over traditional 2x48 belt machines. The front contact wheel can be used for smooth controlled grinding, contouring, or internal finishing. The precision top platen can be used for perfect flat finishing. The underside offers a slack belt surface for external contouring and blending. The large 7 inch disc sander on the side offers plenty of surface area to work with for beveling, deburring, squaring, and general sanding. The quick change belt system allows you to change from grinding to polishing in seconds. The belt attachment can operate in a horizontal or vertical position. Multitool Attachments fit almost any bench grinder with a 1/2 or 5/8 shaft.
